War declared on New York pigeons

A New York City councilman is calling on the city to distribute bird contraceptives and levy a fine on people feeding them. New York City Councilman Simcha Felder has called for appointing a pigeon czar to orchestrate the fight, a plan that has ruffled the feathers of animal lovers. Jon Decker reports.
