Philippines Congress attack

The cause of the blast is unknown but a witness reported seeing a car explode nearby. The Philippine Congress is located in the Batasan complex in Quezon City - the former Philippine capital. The spokesman for President Gloria Arroyo said she's ordered the national police chief to personally supervise the investigation to determine the cause of the blast.
