The tech-heavy Nasdaq rallied nearly 2 percent on Tuesday as global investors jumped back into stocks after a five-day sell-off. With stocks in Asia and Europe up for the first time since a global rout in stocks began last week, U.S. investors followed suit by grapping beaten down sectors like banks and financials.Conway G.
