Car makers choking on CO2 rules?

Leaders of automotive companies have been gathering in Frankfurt for a Reuters summit looking at future trends for the industry. Some say rules to cut emissions are yet another expense for a sector which is already suffering from high raw material prices and a strong euro.But others see opportunity for future sales growth through 'green' technology.
