A senior crash investigator says broken door hinges stopped some passengers escaping the blazing Indonesian airliner. Up to 23 people were killed when the Garuda Boeing overshot the runway at Yogyakarta and burst into flames. Experts say most the victims were business class passengers at the front of the aircraft.
