Brazil, U.S. to promote ethanol

Brazil and the United States signed a broad agreement on Friday to work together to advance biofuels technology. As the world's two leading ethanol producers, accounting for 70 percent of global production, Brazil and the United States will also push ethanol closer to being traded as an interactional commodity.
