Warning from discoverer of AIDS
November 30, 2007
Dr. Luc Montagnier, the French scientist who discovered HIV/AIDS, says we're still too complacent about the disease. On the eve of World Aids Day, the scientist who discovered the AIDS virus says people have become complacent over the threat of the deadly syndrome. His warning coincides with the release of a World Vision survey showing a quarter of the people in seven wealthy countries think the scale of the HIV/AIDS problem is "greatly exaggerated".
