ETA blamed for police killing

The two plain-clothed officers were taking part in a surveillance operation with French police when they were shot at point blank range as they were getting into their cars in Capbreton, 20 kms from Biarritz. Spain's Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero said the ETA suspects must be arrested and brought to justice.
