Venezuela votes on giving Chavez wider powers

Venezuelans are voting on constitutional reforms today. Chavez says the reforms aim to further his socialist agenda but the opposition warns the changes would expand presidential powers to the verge of dictatorship. That vote, if successful, would enact constitutional changes which would concentrate power in the president's hands and allow him unlimited terms in power.
