Global warming dries up Australia's parched lands

One of the highest polluters per capita in the developed world, Australia has at last ratified the Kyoto protocol, and its new centre left Labor government is attending the Bali Climate Summit. The meeting comes as scientists warn climate change is continuing to fuel Australia's drought, threatening to cripple the country's farming heartland for years to come.
