Bolivia's floods worsen

Rains thunder down over Bolivia's flood-stricken Trinidad. The Bolivian government has declared Trinidad and the surrounding province of Beni a disaster zone. There are also fears that if the nearby Mamore River continues to rise, it could overwhelm the dike that has so far protected the city center. If the river breaches the dike it could utterly decimate everything.
