The ADP National Employment Report showed November job creation was three-times stronger than Wall Street predicted, lifting hopes for a strong government report to be released on Friday.The large U.S. services sector grew at its slowest pace since early spring.Oil prices rallied after OPEC decided to maintain current output levels and U.S. supplies dropped to their lowest levels in almost 3-years.Conway G.
