Greenpeace targets HK polluter

As environmentalists and stakeholders convene at the UN Climate conference in Bali to thrash out the sticky issue of global warming, campaigner Greenpeace has targeted Castle Peak power plant in Hong Kong, which it says is the territory's biggest emitter of carbon dioxide.
