With about three weeks left until the Iowa caucuses, the top-tier of Republican White House hopefuls appear to be taking the high road. Iowa voters have historically been turned off by negative campaigning...and none of the contenders seem eager to embrace the risks associated with attack politics. Jon Decker reports.
