Dutch to build Tulip island?

Dutch contractors helped to build Palm Island in Dubai, but have never tried it at home. Now the Dutch parliament has asked a commission on coastal development to look into building islands in the North Sea which would protect the coastline while providing badly needed housing space. But critics say building such artificial islands could disrupt shipping and fishing and damage the ecosystem.Joanna Partridge reports
