U.S. 'resolves' N. Korea funds row

The move clears the way for the resumption of the six party talks on North Korea's nuclear disarmament. Participants at the talks will aim to push forward a deal struck on Feb. 13th which gave Pyongyang 60 days to shut its Yongbyon nuclear reactor in return for energy aid and security pledges.
