O'Connor apologizes for misinforming House on Afghan detainees

Defence Minister Gordon O'Connor has apologized for telling the House of Commons earlier this month that the International Committee of the Red Cross would share information with Canada about alleged abuse of detainees handed over to the Afghan authorities.
