Dispute over how Bhutto died

The Pakistani government and supporters of slain opposition leader Benazir Bhutto dispute how the former premier died on Thursday. The government says that Bhutto died after she smashed her head on her car's sunroof as she tried to duck during the suicide attack, and that no bullet or shrapnel was found in her.
