Russian fire kills dozens of pensioners

Early information indicated that some members of staff were absent from their posts and others could not find the key to open the emergency exit, Natasha Lukash, Emergencies Ministry spokeswoman said. The home was in a remote settlement 50 km from the nearest fire station.
