Tata, VW to make cars in Thailand?

These are the latest carmakers to answer the southeast Asian country's call for fuel-efficient "eco" car factories. The Thai auto industry has been hit by falling exports, and sluggish domestic sales, so has pinned its hopes on offering foreign manufacturers tax breaks to build small "eco" cars in Thailand.Joanna Partridge reports for Reuters
