Rent-free homes for Hawaii's poor

A Japanese real estate tycoon announced last year that he wanted to let low-income families stay in some of his Hawaiian mansions. Three families have now moved into their new homes. The families will initially be allowed to live in the homes for two years and then maybe 10 years, if they turn out to be good tenants.
