Unusual investment: buy a hotel room

GuestInvest, the firm behind this venture, has added another two hotels to its portfolio, offering investors the chance to buy a hotel room in central London with quarterly returns. Room owners get 50 free nights and half of the revenue when their room is let out to hotel guests and can expect 6-8 percent annual return.
