Dozens killed in fresh wave of Iraq attacks

In the worst attack, at least twenty people were killed when a bomb exploded outside a police station in Baghdad. The renewed violence coupled with the assassination attempt of the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister, has prompted troops to step up patrols in the capital, where there's been a spate of deadly car bombings.
