Saving the whale

Government representatives from across the continent have met in Buenos Aires to discuss the issue and draw up an agreement, with full support of environmentalists. The agreement, which is yet to be signed, follows the lead of anti-whaling nations such as Australia and New Zealand that argue whale watching is more profitable than whale hunting.
