Pension coverup allegations 'baseless,' former RCMP chief says

Former RCMP commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli has strongly rejected accusations that he was involved in a coverup over the handling of fraud and abuse allegations involving the Mounties' pension and insurance plans in 2002.
