Lessing finally receives Nobel

The frail-looking 88-year-old, wearing a long red velvet dress and her silver hair pulled back from her face, was typically irreverent after being handed a Nobel medal by Swedish ambassador Staffan Carlsson. Reuters correspondent Matt Cowan, who informed Lessing of her Nobel win outside of her house in October 2007, has the story.
