Blast rocks Shi'ite holy city

Dozens were wounded in the blast, which set fire to stores and cars in the heart of the city. Kerbala, 80 kms south of Baghdad, is Iraq's second holiest Shi'ite city after Najaf. It's been under heavy security since suicide bombers killed more than 90 in coordinated attacks during a key religious festival in March 2004.
