Classic love songs and funky pop tunes with a video twist are bringing a measure of cheer to the Philippine poor. Videoke machines are springing up across the sprawling slums of Manila. It's a craze that's providing a much-needed respite from everyday harships in impoverished areas of the Philippine capital.
