Vallejo Plan To Avoid Bankruptcy Opposed

(San Francisco) The Vallejo City Council takes another look at the bankruptcy issue Monday night. The council has a special meeting to talk about the deal to keep the city financially afloat. Anna Duckworth reports on the opposition to the proposed solution.
