Blind pilot's record aim

A blind pilot is aiming to raise one million UK pounds - about 1.9 million US dollars - for a charity for the blind. The money will go to the "Seeing is believing" project which aims to raise 10 million U.S. dollars by 2010 for cataract operations and preventing blindness by training healthcare workers to distribute Vitamin A more efficiently.
