Sudan, the next 'Ancient Egypt'?
March 14, 2008
An important discovery has been made in El-Kadada, about 300 km north of Sudan's capital Khartoum, by French archaeologist Jacques Reinold and his team: a 5,500 year-old tomb that provides evidence of the first ever human sacrifices in this part of the world. Sudanese archaeology, although extremely rich, has long been overshadowed by its neighbour Egypt. A voiced AFPTV report.
