Chinese lock down Tibet, as media war rages

Thousands of soldiers have poured into Lhasa in what appears a tight lockdown on the region following a week of anti-Chinese protests. Given the restrictions on foreign media coverage it is impossible to determine the total casualty toll, but China and Tibet's government-in-exile are fighting an increasingly fractious propaganda war to sway world view on the conflict.
