More NATO troops into Afghanistan? Locals are not sure

NATO powers are preparing to open a summit on Wednesday which will focus, among other issues, on participation in Afghanistan's peacekeeping operations. Amid calls by the United States, Britain and Canada that fellow allies increase their forces, Afghans see their country as paralysed by lingering insecurity.
