Zimbabwe Opposition Rejects Vote Recount

Zimbabwe's Movement for Democratic Change, which claims its leader Morgan Tsvangirai won the country's March 29 presidential ballot outright, said that it would not accept a re-count and did not want a runoff. (April 6)
