Hanna arrives: Gustav departs

Tropical Storm Hanna has already triggered severe flooding in Haiti, while Cuba continues to clear up from Hurricane Gustav. Tropical Storm Hanna was located some distance away from Haiti over the southeastern Bahamas, but it was a large, messy storm and Haitian meteorologists said heavy rains falling over the country were an indirect result of Hanna.
