The U.N. tribunal for the former Yugoslavia has entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of Radovan Karadzic for war crimes and genocide charges. The former Bosnian Seb leader refused to enter a plea himself. It was the second plea hearing before the trial. Karadzic has been charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity during the 1992-95 Bosnian war. He was arrested in July in Belgrade with a flowing beard and long hair that disguised him while he worked as an alternative healer.
