Arrest in Manila ferry bombing

A founder of an Islamic group blamed for the worst militant attack in the Philippines is arrested while working in the Middle East. Suspected militant Ruben Lavilla, also known as Sheik Omar Lavilla, is wanted in connection with the deadly 2004 bombing of a ferry near Manila Bay. One hundred and 16 people died in the attack.
