Zimbabwe poll should be re-run

African observers monitoring Zimbabwe's presidential vote say the election should be held again. The observers from the Pan-African parliament, one of the few monitoring groups in the country for Friday's (June 27) poll, said the African Union and the Southern African Development Community (SADC) should engage both sides of the country's political crisis in negotiations for a transitional administration.
