The massacre of 32 people by Cho Seung-Hui, a 23 year-old student from South Korea, has prompted foreign critics to rail against a "gun culture" in the U.S., which has the Western world's most lenient gun-control laws. The owner of the gun shop where one of the handguns from Monday's shootings was bought says he feels no responsibility for the tragedy.
