Hurricane Ike weakens over Cuba

Ike is now on a path toward the Gulf of Mexico....fueling concerns that the storm could further disrupt energy output from the Gulf. Already, more than a million people have been evacuated from vulnerable areas in Cuba, which is still reeling from Hurricane Gustav's strike on western provinces last week. Jon Decker reports.
