New threat to Nigeria oil output

Militants say they are poised to slash Niger Delta oil production to the minimum within 30 days. The Okoloma Ikpangi group, affliated to the Movement for the Emancipation which is leading a violent campaign against oil facilities, has set up camp close to Africa's largest liquid-to-gas plant and crude terminals used by several multi-national companies.
