Economic weakness widespread-Fed

U.S. business conditions were weak, soft, and subdued, according to the Federal Reserve's latest summary of economic conditions. On Wall Street, the Dow rose 15 points to 11,532. The S&P 500 dipped 2 points to 1,274. The Nasdaq lost 15 points to 2,333. Crude oil fell 36 cents to $109.35 a barrel.
