Bic launches cheap, easy-use phone

A new mobile phone launched in Paris comes with 60 minutes of talk-time and a charged battery, but it's makers say it's not 'disposable'. The basic 'Bic Phone' concentrates on the basics, making and receiving call along with sending texts. Matt Cowan reports.
