New suicide blast hits Iraq

A car bomber rammed his explosives-laden vehicle in to a fuel truck in the latest deadly attack. The blast which killed up to 10 people came hours ahead of the arrival of the U.S. Defence Secretary in Iraq and a day after a wave of bombings by suspected al Qaeda militants killed almost 200 in Baghdad.
