Justice under fire

US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales faces Senate Judiciary Committee in a make or break testimony. The Judiciary Committee is looking into whether the dismissals of eight of the nation's 93 U.S. attorneys last year, seven of them in December, were politically motivated. Gonzales appeared before the committee three weeks after his former chief of staff Kyle Sampson testified that the Attorney General was more deeply involved in the firings then Gonzales had initially acknowledged.
