Rice: Iraq troop deal close

Secretary of State Rice said the U.S. and Iraq were close to reaching a deal on U.S. troop levels in Iraq. The long-awaited pact will allow U.S. forces to stay in Iraq beyond the end of this year, when a U.N. Security Council mandate expires.
