Bush affirms strong US dollar

President George W. Bush, heading to Europe for what will likely be his final tour as President, said a strong dollar is in the US interest. His comments came after the biggest one-day price gain in the history of the oil market, which surged by nearly $11 a barrel on Friday to a new record above $139. Deborah Lutterbeck reports
