Call for Nigeria poll to be re-run

Local election observers say Nigeria's presidential poll was so flawed it must be nullified and re-run. Nigeria's main opposition leader, Muhammadu Buhari said Saturday's presidential elections were so flawed that no one should claim victory. European Union observers said the poll was marred by violence and vote-rigging while local observers went further, calling for the elections to be nullified and re-run.
