Elected officials in Pakistan vote to replace former president Pervez Musharraf who resigned under threat of impeachment in August. Pakistan's presidential hopefuls begin a final push for support on the eve of an election that slain opposition leader Benazir Bhutto's widower, Asif Ali Zardari, is expected to win.
