Netherlands in carbon capture bid

The city of Rotterdam says it aims to becomeamajor European centre for CO2 emission storage. Capturing carbon dioxide emissions from heavy industry and storing the gas out of harm's way is seen as an increasingly crucial way to reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and European dependence on energy from countries like Russia.
